Hiring Ilsa at WordSure as copy-editor for my book Blissful Wedding Planning: Becoming a Stoic Bride was the easiest and the best decision that I could possibly have made. The proof of this came when I read through her example editing – she’d gone through the first few thousand words of the book and made some suggested amendments and sent it back over as an example of what she could do.
I was gobsmacked to find that, despite writing the book myself and having re-read it over and over again, when I was reading through Ilsa’s changes to work I felt utterly compelled and enthralled by it – it felt fresh and new to me whilst still maintaining my writing style perfectly.
